Neighborhood Surveys
Your HOA Board is committed to maintaining the beauty and integrity of our neighborhood and our property values. Our duty as your Board is to uphold the current bylaws. However, we encourage all ideas and points of view to be brought forward for consideration to insure our bylaws are viable now and in the future. Currently, to make any changes to the bylaws, an affirmative vote of 66 2/3% of the voting power of the Association is required.

The neighborhood was surveyed in Summer of 2022 to determine level of interest in changing the Code of Restrictions to allow neighbors to have sheds, privacy screens and gardens.

The neighborhood was surveyed in Spring of 2020 to determine level of interest in changing the Code of Regulations regarding leasing homes, detached structures, rustic cedar mailboxes, above-ground pools, and vegetable gardens.
