Meeting Minutes & Financials

The 2023 budget was finalized and approved on March 18, 2023. Our budget will not change and will remain in place until next year's budget is created. The dues alignment brings us compliant with our bylaws of $100 for annual dues.  This allows us to take care of anticipated repair costs, provides a cushion for unexpected expenses, and allows us to plan for future improvements.  We are continuing to build our savings and reserves toward this goal.
