Winter 2023
We are excited to bring you our first newsletter of 2023. Our goals for this year are to 1) re-energize our community, 2) maintain the purpose of our HOA to maintain the aesthetics, beauty, and value of our homes, and 3) promote high standards of neighborhood fellowship and camaraderie.
We want to hear from you! Come and meet your Board and your neighbors at "Coffee Chats," find out about upcoming events and block parties, and get involved on a committee to make a difference in our neighborhood, meet people and have fun!

Holiday Decorating Contest 2022
The winner was 828 Littlefield Court, congratulations!
​
Two entries were submitted this year, with 93.8% of the votes going to the winning home. The prize was a $20 gift card to the Mayberry restaurants.
Next year let's get more homes onboard and compete with other neighborhoods. A bigger prize incentive will be announced in the Fall!
