NEW COMMITTEE
under consideration
Due to the results of the neighborhood surveys conducted in 2020 and 2022, we are considering establishing a new Committee to review our bylaws and suggestions from our neighbors to make recommendations to the Board for further public discussion.
We are committed to maintaining the beauty and integrity of our neighborhood, and our property values and our duty as your HOA Board is to uphold the current bylaws. This Committee would be a liaison between the Board and the neighborhood to take all ideas and points of view into consideration to insure our By-Laws are viable now and in the future.

2022 Neighborhood Survey
The neighborhood was surveyed to determine level of interest in changing the Code of Restrictions to allow neighbors to have sheds, privacy screens and gardens.
2020 Neighborhood Survey
The neighborhood was surveyed to determine level of interest in changing the Code of Regulations regarding leasing homes, detached structures, rustic cedar mailboxes, above ground pools, and vegetable gardens.
